These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of EU (Poland), without regard to its conflict of law principles . Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our Site or Services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If such negotiation fails, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Warsaw, Poland to resolve any such dispute.  

Termination Clause:

Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to, your breach of these Terms, your violation of applicable laws or regulations, or our decision to discontinue or modify our Services.
